“California Fibers, a group of contemporary Southern California fiber artists, met online in April, in little boxes on the screen, some muted, some distracted, some challenged by technology, all glad to see and hear our group. We talked about art and our upcoming exhibits. One member, Lydia Tjioe Hall, suggested we create an online exhibit in our isolation, a response to having to wear a mask. It seemed appropriate for each of us to reach deeply into our chosen medium and fashion a response to being masked and in quarantine.”

In a world experiencing critical change, the challenge is to rise to beauty. To embrace crisis as opportunity. To embrace humanity and recognize that we are all one.
Be Playful, Not Angry.
Be Love, Not Hate.
